Summary: This ordinance institutionalizes the “Summer Enhancement and Enrichment Program (SEEP)” for schoolchildren in Naga City’s public schools. The program aims to improve the quality of education by offering summer remedial classes, primarily in English, Mathematics, and Science, for academically challenged students from Grade I to Third Year. Enrichment classes may also be conducted. Participation is free of charge for students , with the program running for one month (at least 20 learning hours per subject) from Monday to Friday.
