Summary: This ordinance prohibits the vending of any kind of product, food, and/or goods, as well as the holding of trade fairs, trade exhibits, and similar activities in Plaza Rizal, Plaza Quezon, and Plaza Quince Martirez in Naga City. Violators face a fine of P1,000.00 for the first offense. For second and subsequent offenses, the penalty includes a fine of P5,000.00 and/or imprisonment of not less than six (6) months but not more than one (1) year, at the discretion of the Court.
