Summary: This ordinance officially names the urban resettlement site located at Sta. Cruz, Naga City, as “Jolly Neighbors Subdivision” and assigns official names to its internal streets. The street names were proposed by the Jolly Neighborhood Association, Inc. (JNAI) and endorsed by the Barangay Council of Sta. Cruz.
