Summary: This ordinance appropriates Three Hundred Thousand (P300,000.00) Pesos as a partial payment for the purchase of a parcel of land owned by Mr. Michael Magana Austria. The land measures approximately 21,653 square meters, is covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 52929, and is situated in Barangay Carolina, Naga City. The appropriated amount is to be charged against the Urban Poor Affairs Office (UPAO) Trust Fund. The ordinance took effect upon its approval.
