Summary: The original ordinance provided for the condonation of accrued interests and penalties incurred by beneficiaries of the Naga City Livelihood Program up to December 2007. This amendment specifies that the condonation program will be implemented for a period of twelve (12) months, effective from July 2007 to June 2008.
