Summary: Ordinance No. 2007-032 amends Ordinance No. 2006-050, which originally established “Liberation Day” in Naga City. The primary purpose of this amendment is to rectify the historical date of Naga’s liberation from Spanish colonial rule and to rename the commemorative event.
