Summary: Ordinance No. 2007-010 provides for the condonation (forgiveness) of penalties and surcharges on unpaid amortizations owed by beneficiaries of the Naga City Government’s Kaantabay sa Kauswagan Program. The ordinance aims to help beneficiaries recover from the devastation caused by two strong typhoons in the last quarter of 2006 and to facilitate the recovery of funds so that more individuals can benefit from the program.
