Summary: Ordinance No. 2007-001 officially designates the stair landing located at SPUKOI Relocation Site in Barangay Sabang, Naga City, as the city’s sole official wharf or docking area for all motorized boats and bancas that ferry passengers and cargo along the Bicol River. The ordinance also establishes and imposes specific wharfage fees for the use of this facility.
