Summary: Ordinance No. 2006-011 officially names the street connecting Tecla San Andres Ziga Road to the Ateneo de Naga University High School Campus in Pacol, Naga City, up to the Rotonda within the Vida Land Corporation, as “John Phelan Drive”. This designation is made in recognition of Father John “Jack” Phelan, S.J.’s selfless service spanning over four decades to the people of Naga City and the Bicol Region.
