Summary: Ordinance No. 2006-009 formally and officially confirms the patrimonial character and classification of a center island located at the corner of P. Burgos Street and General Luna Street within Central Business District 1 in Naga City. This reclassification withdraws the approximately 21-square-meter island from public use, allowing it to be lawfully utilized for other purposes, similar to other city-owned real property.
