Summary: This ordinance mandates the display of the Philippine flag in front of commercial, industrial, office, and institutional buildings, as well as public and private utility vehicles, in Naga City from May 28 to June 12 each year. The primary goal is to cultivate nationalism among the city’s residents. For vehicles, the flag must be positioned on the right fender. The ordinance also encourages occupants and tenants of all residential houses to comply.
