Summary: This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 2004-093, which initially set the rental rate for the second floor of the former Chess Center at Plaza Quezon in Naga City. The amendment specifically adds paragraph “c” to Section 1. This new provision authorizes the City Mayor to enter into contracts with interested parties for the use and occupancy of this city property, under terms and conditions agreed upon by both sides.
