Summary: This ordinance, officially known as “The Anti-Video Karera Ordinance” , prohibits the playing, manufacturing, distribution, sale, operation, and possession of “video karera” and similar gambling machines within Naga City. The ordinance addresses concerns that these machines contribute to illegal gambling, negatively impacting residents, particularly children, by luring them into skipping classes and stealing.
