Summary: Known as the “Ordinance Affirming NCPC/Liga Participation in the City Government of Naga” , this ordinance aims to further strengthen people’s empowerment and participation in local governance. It formally affirms the authority of representatives from the Naga City People’s Council (NCPC) and the Liga ng mga Barangay to participate as full members in the various standing and special committees of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, as well as other committees, task forces, councils, or boards within the Naga City Government.
