Summary: This ordinance amends City Ordinance No. 2003-013 (Bantay Kapalibotan sa Maogmang Lugar) to grant incentives to deputized environment enforcers. They receive an honorarium equal to 25% of fines collected from violators, with another 25% going to their unit’s trust fund for clean and green projects. The remaining 50% goes to the City Treasurer for ENRO’s garbage collection and disposal expenses. This system replaces earlier provisions on fine-sharing but does not affect Ordinance No. 2003-024 on cleaning vacant lots. It took effect immediately upon approval.
