Summary: This ordinance prescribes a fee of Fifty Pesos (P50.00) for the re-issuance or replacement of a lost or destroyed Mayor’s Permit for any registered business in Naga City. To obtain a re-issued or replacement permit, applicants must submit a letter requesting the re-issuance/replacement and provide satisfactory proof that the original permit was lost or destroyed. The ordinance became effective upon its approval and after three consecutive publications in a local newspaper.
