AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2003-118, ENTITLED: “AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93-049, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “TRANSPORT AND TRAFFIC CODE OF NAGA CITY”, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NOS. 98-107 AND 99-046, BY ADDING FIFTEEN (15) UNITS OF TRI MOBILES FOR DEL ROSARIO-CARARAYAN-ATENEO DE NAGA HIGH SCHOOL (PACOL) ROUTE AND VICE VERSA”, BY DELETING THE SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE IN ITS DEFINED ROUTE

Summary: This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 2003-118, which had previously added fifteen (15) trimobile units for the Del Rosario-Cararayan-Ateneo de Naga High School (Pacol) route. The key change introduced by Ordinance No. 2004-009 is the deletion of San Antonio Village from the defined route. The revised route for these trimobiles now covers Zone 1 Del Rosario, proceeds to Cararayan Road up to Cararayan Elementary School, and then turns right to Sitio Salunguigui up to Ateneo de Naga High School in Pacol, and vice versa. The ordinance took effect upon its approval and publication in a local newspaper.
