Summary: Ordinance No. 2003-033 further amends Section 134 of Naga City’s “Transport & Traffic Code” (Ordinance No. 93-049), which was previously amended by Ordinance Nos. 2001-086 and 2002-025. This ordinance specifically regulates “Padyak for hire” (pedicabs) by assigning them to operate only within specific route areas identified by their accredited associations.
