AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A DISCOUNT OF ONE PESO (P1.00) PER SQUARE METER PER DAY ON THE RENTAL RATES OF THE COMMERCIAL STALLS AT THE NAGA CITY CENTRAL BUS TERMINAL, CONDONING PAYMENT OF RENTAL FOR THE FIRST THREE (3) MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE EXECUTION OF LEASE CONTRACTS AND ALL ACCRUED INTEREST AND PENALTIES ON THE RENTAL ARREARAGES DUE THEREON UNTIL AUGUST 31, 2001, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS

Summary: This ordinance grants financial relief to lessees of commercial stalls at the Naga City Central Bus Terminal. It introduces a discount of One Peso (P1.00) per square meter per day on rental rates , effective from the lease contract execution until vendors in the Terminal lobby are relocated.
