IN RECOGNITION OF HIS EXEMPLARY PERFORMANCE IN PUBLIC SERVICE AND HIS OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY OF NAGA IN PARTICULAR

Summary: This ordinance names the previously unnamed bridge connecting Barangays Del Rosario and Cararayan in Naga City as “Andaya Bridge”. This is done in honor of the late former Congressman Rolando R. Andaya, Sr., recognizing his exemplary performance in public service and his outstanding contributions to the development of Naga City.
