AN ORDINANCE GRANTING ALL DAY CARE WORKERS IN THE CITY OF NAGA ADDITIONAL MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF TWO HUNDRED (P200.00) PESOS EACH TO ENABLE THEM TO PAY SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM INSURANCE PREMIUMS AND PHILHEALTH FOR THEIR PERSONAL SECURITY, CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE APPROPRIATION FOR SEED UNDER THE CURRENT BUDGET
