Summary: This ordinance establishes and adopts the “2000 Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of Naga City.” Enacted under the Local Government Code of 1991 (R.A. 7160), its primary goal is to guide, control, and regulate the city’s physical growth and development in line with its Land Use and Infrastructure Plans.
