Summary: This ordinance further amends Naga City Ordinance No. 95-059, which establishes guidelines for the use of public places and spaces for vending various articles and commodities during special occasions such as the Peñafrancia Festivities (September 1 to October 15), Kamundagan Festival, and Trade and Industrial Fairs (maximum of two fairs per group annually).
