Summary: This ordinance, titled “Ordinance preventing used oil, waste water/liquid and any other polluting/toxic liquid to spill into the Naga River from Gasoline Stations, Auto Repair Shops, Carwashing Centers and all other Establishments or Entities in Naga City”, aims to protect Naga City’s water bodies, particularly the Naga River, from pollution.
