AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE AREA IN SITIO QUEBORAC IN BARANGAY BAGUMBAYAN SUR, CITY OF NAGA, ALONG THE EXTENSION OF MAGSAYSAY AVENUE BETWEEN THE BAGUMBAYAN ST. GOING WEST AND THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARY OF CAMALIGAN, CAMARINES SUR AS THE AREA OF THE INTEGRATED NORTHBOUND JEEPNEY TERMINAL WHICH MAY BE OPERATED THEREON FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS FROM APPROVAL THEREOF, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE ORDINANCE NO. 98-116

Summary: This ordinance declares an area in Sitio Queborac, Barangay Bagumbayan Sur, Naga City, along the extension of Magsaysay Avenue (between Bagumbayan St. going West and the Municipal Boundary of Camaligan, Camarines Sur) as the designated site for an Integrated Northbound Jeepney Terminal. This terminal is authorized to operate for a period of two (2) years from the ordinance’s approval. The ordinance also amends Ordinance No. 98-116 and took effect upon its approval.
