Summary: This ordinance, called the “Ordinance Governing the Use and Disposition of the Commercial Stalls in the Naga City Central Bus Terminal,” sets rental rates and policies for commercial stalls and booking offices in the terminal. It allows leases from one to ten years, specifies allowed businesses (eateries, groceries, drugstores, booking offices, etc.), and details rental rates per square meter, with extra charges for corner spaces. Rates must be reviewed every three years, then annually. It requires proper applications, prohibits sub-leasing and unauthorized changes, and creates an Awards and Oversight Committee to implement and monitor rules.
