AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL ACCREDITED PEOPLE’S ORGANIZATIONS (PO’S) AND NON-GOVERNNMENT ORGANIZATIONS (NGO’S) TO SUBMIT THEIR BI-ANNUAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT TO THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD ON OR BEFORE THE 30th DAY OF JANUARY 1999 AND EVERY SIX (6) MONTHS THEREAFTER; AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF

Summary: Mandates all accredited POs and NGOs in Naga City to submit bi-annual accomplishment reports to the Sangguniang Panlungsod by January 30, 1999, and every six months thereafter. Non-compliance leads to cancellation of accreditation. The ordinance took effect upon approval and after publication in a locally circulated newspaper.
