Summary: This ordinance, officially known as the “Regulatory Ordinance on the provision of cubicles in night spots in the City of Naga” , prohibits the provision or maintenance of enclosed small rooms or “cubicles” in videoke bars, night clubs, discos, and other similar establishments within Naga City.
