AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING EMPLOYEES OF PEÑAFRANCIA FIESTA CARNIVAL AND SIDE SHOWS TO REGISTER WITH THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE (PNP) NAGA OFFICE THIS YEAR AND EVERY YEAR THEREAFTER, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF

Summary: This ordinance mandates that all employees and personnel working at the Peñafrancia Fiesta Carnival and its associated side shows must register annually with the Philippine National Police (PNP) Naga Office. Each registrant is required to submit one (1) copy of their latest 2×2 picture and complete a fingerprint card. A registration fee of P15.00 will be charged per registrant.
