Summary: This ordinance officially renames the Naga-Carolina-Panicuason Road, which spans from the boundary of Barangay Peñafrancia to the center of Barangay Panicuason in Naga City, as “Tecla San Andres Ziga Road (Naga-Carolina-Panicuason Road)”
