Summary: This ordinance amends Naga City Ordinance No. 94-008 by prohibiting unaccredited and “Paquiao” contractors from bidding on city infrastructure projects and voiding contracts beyond their accredited capacity. It expands the City Accreditation Committee, outlines detailed accreditation requirements for small (“Paquiao”) and larger contractors based on project cost, and requires all contractors to re-accredit annually by January 31 or face cancellation. Contractors may only hold accreditation in one category. The ordinance took effect upon approval.
