AN ORDINANCE DECLARING ILLEGAL THE PUTTING OF OBSTRUCTIONS TO LINE AND GRADE SETBACKS FOR COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN THE URBAN DISTRICT OF NAGA CITY AND PROVIDING PENALTIES THEREFORE:
