Summary: This ordinance requires all salespersons in stores within Naga City to wear visible name tags (at least 3×4 inches) showing the store name and their name in legible size while on duty. Store owners or managers must ensure compliance—those with more than five salespersons must provide the tags; otherwise, salespersons provide their own. Non-compliant salespersons face fines of P200.00 to P1,000.00 and/or possible imprisonment, while store owners/managers failing to enforce this face fines from P500.00 to P1,500.00. The ordinance took effect one month after its approval and publication.
