AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING FEES AND CHARGES FOR THE USE OF THE BICOL SCIENCE CENTRUM (BSC), CITY OF NAGA, AND FURTHER CREATING A TRUST FUND
OUT OF THE FEES AND CHARGES DERIVED THEREAT TO COVER CERTAIN MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING EXPENSES
