Summary: This ordinance, known as “The Contractors and Paquiao Contractors Accreditation Ordinance of the City of Naga,” mandates that all contractors and “paquiao contractors” (individuals engaged in construction business without a Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board license) operating or doing business in Naga City must obtain accreditation from the newly established City Accreditation Committee.
