Summary: This ordinance authorizes the construction of a City Bulletin Board at Plaza Quezon in Naga City for public and government notices, publications, ordinances, and resolutions. An initial fund of Ten Thousand (P10,000.00) Pesos is appropriated from the current budget’s Capital Outlay for its construction. A Twenty (P20.00) Pesos posting fee is imposed for each notice or publication, with an exemption for those posted by the Naga City Government and its departments. Fees are paid to the City Treasurer’s Office, which issues an official receipt and manages the three-week posting duration, indicated by a date stamp on the notice. The City Treasurer’s Office is also responsible for posting and issuing a Certificate of Posting. The ordinance takes effect upon its publication in a local newspaper.
