Summary: This ordinance appropriates thirty percent (30%) of all amusement taxes collected by Naga City from admissions to movie houses, starting in Calendar Year 1993, for the exclusive use and disbursement of the Naga River Council. The Naga River Council was previously established under Ordinance No. 93-013. The ordinance became effective upon its approval.
