AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL STALL OWNERS IN THE NAGA CITY PUBLIC MARKET TO INSTALL SIGNBOARDS INDICATING THEIR TRADE/BUSINESS NAMES AND STALL NUMBERS AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF

Summary: This ordinance mandates that all stall owners within the Naga City Public Market must install signboards. These signboards must be of a uniform size (2 ft. x 4 ft.) and clearly display the trade/business name and stall number. Violators of this ordinance will face a fine of P300.00 or imprisonment not exceeding thirty (30) days, or both, at the court’s discretion. The ordinance came into effect ten (10) days after its approval.
