Summary: This ordinance establishes a Trust Fund Account in Naga City specifically for managing livelihood repayments. This fund operates independently from the General Fund and ensures that accumulated repayments are continuously available for various livelihood assistance programs of the City Government, regardless of the year the repayments were made. This account supplements the usual annual budgetary allocation under P.D. 144. The ordinance took effect upon its approval.
