Summary: This ordinance, known as “KAPITBISIG SA PANGANIBAN,” establishes rules and regulations for the proper use, maintenance, and administration of the Panganiban Beautification and Upgrading Project in Naga City. The project covers areas along the Philippine National Railways (PNR) right-of-way on Panganiban Drive, featuring duplex and pavilion buildings with uniform designs, parking, and landscaped areas.
