Summary: This ordinance amends previous local regulations (Ordinance No. 89-049, S. 1989; Ordinance No. 942, S. 1984; and Ordinance No. 88-028) by revising the fees for occupying “Open Spaces along General Luna Street” in Naga City. Specifically, for the period of September 1st to 30th, the fee for spaces used for selling kitchen utensils, “chucherias” (trinkets), and slippers is set at P2,200.00 per space. The ordinance became effective upon its approval.
