Summary/Additional Info:
Summary: This ordinance mandates that every business establishment located within the Central Business District (CBD) of Naga City must provide one trash can annually. These trash cans, defined as half-drums with handles and covers bearing the establishment’s name , are to be placed in front of the business or in designated areas within the CBD. The ordinance applies to businesses on principal streets within the CBD with a floor area of at least 20 square meters or gross sales of not less than P50,000.00. The City Planning and Development Office is responsible for creating implementation guidelines in consultation with the affected businesses.
