AN ORDINANCE OFFICIALLY NAMING THE RECENTLY RENOVATED BRIDGE THAT SPANS THE NAGA RIVER ALONG THE PANGANIBAN DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF NAGA, AS LT. DELFIN C. ROSALES BRIDGE, IN HONOR OF THE AUTHENTIC HERO OF NAGA IN WORLD WAR II KILLED IN COMBAT NEAR THE WESTERN APPROACH TO THE SAID BRIDGE ON APRIL 9, 1945
