Summary: This ordinance amends Section 2 of Ordinance No. 942, Series of 1984, which originally declared certain areas of the Naga City Public Market’s deckfloor as “Off Limits Zones”. The amendment declares specific “remaining portions and/or areas shaded green and orange” (as per Annex “A”), along with other open spaces on the 2nd floor (as per Annex “A-1”) and the ramp leading to the deckfloor, as authorized open spaces for use, lease, and occupancy during the annual Peñafrancia Festivities (September 1 to October 15). The ordinance establishes new “package rates of rentals” for these spaces, which cover rental fees, Mayor’s Permit, business tax, sanitary permit, garbage fee, fire inspection fee, electric consumption, and ID for a 1½-month period.
