This ordinance revises subsection (b-5) of Section 5 of Ordinance No. 87-093, further modifying market stall regulations:- Stall size adjustment: Carinderia stalls may expand from 2.50m × 4.75m to 2.75m × 6.00m, provided conditions are met.
- Compliance requirement: Expansion is allowed only if the stallholder settles all rental arrears and secures clearance from the Office of the City Treasurer.
- Repeals any conflicting ordinances, resolutions, or regulations.
- Becomes effective upon approval, reinforcing fiscal responsibility and proper market space management.
