To provide for the use of Recreational Facilities such as Naga City Youth Center Rooms/Pool, Metro Naga Sports Complex, and its Maintenance.

  1. Write a request letter, to be submitted to the City Mayor’s Office /City Administrator’s Office for assessment of Fees and
    approval.
  2. The approved requests with Job order/ Mayors Permit, Official Receipts of fees are to be submitted at the CPRFMO office
  3. Recording and scheduling of the request,
  4. Fees will depend on the request(s).
