Summary: Ordinance No. 98-087 amends the rules for vending during the Peñafrancia Festivities by allowing transient vendors to use certain sidestreets and private lots from September 1 to October 15, and during Trade Fairs (twice a year, 30 days max). It sets booth fees: ₱2,000 (Panganiban Ave.), ₱4,000 (Peñafrancia Ave.), ₱3,000 (private lots), and ₱1,500 for food/soft drink booths at the Cathedral annex patio. Ready-to-wear items can only be sold in private lots. Vendors from Traslacion to Fiesta get 50% off. Rates include permits and fees. Took effect upon approval and publication.
