Summary: This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 90-059 by significantly increasing the trust fund allocation for the City Agriculturist’s Office. Previously, 25% of all incomes derived from sales of agricultural products went into this fund; now, 75% will be allocated to cover operational expenses. The remaining 25% of these incomes will accrue to the General Fund of the City Government. The ordinance took effect upon its approval.
