Summary: This ordinance requires all operators, owners, proprietors, and managers of nightclubs, beerhouses, bars, discos, and similar night spots in Naga City to employ security guards in their establishments. This measure aims to maintain peace and order and protect customers from harm. Establishments have one month from the ordinance’s effective date to provide proof of compliance. Penalties for violations include a P1,000.00 fine for the first offense and cancellation of the Business Permit for the second offense. The ordinance became effective immediately upon approval.
