Summary: This ordinance appropriates One Hundred Ten Million Pesos (P110,000,000.00) to cover the partial funding for the first year of operation of the Sanitary Landfill cum Waste-to-Energy Facility located in Barangay San Isidro, Naga City. These funds are chargeable against the 2016 Surplus.
